First the Duke debut in the short "Black and Tan" with a duet with Arthur Whetsol. The short "A bundle of blues" with a lenghty rendition of "Stormy weather" that starred Ivie Anderson. "Symphony in black: A rhapsody of Negro life" with Billie Holiday... And different sequences from other motion pictures.
