The Pretenders have had classic albums and hit singles in a career that now spans decades. Led by charismatic singer and front-woman Chrissie Hynde, one of the most recognizable voices in rock music, they have topped the charts on both sides of the Atlantic since the days of punk and new wave. Having been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame back in 2005, the Pretenders have firmly etched their place in rock history. More amazing is how Hynde and the group still have it in this vibrant concert and deliver the goods, helped out by a few worthwhile friends.
