Performing a Factory Reset / Hard Reset LG Arena KM900 Mobile Phone
A full reset is sometimes referred to as a hard reset. Perform a full reset when you want to clear all settings, programs and data from RAM.

Caution if you perform a full reset, your LG Arena KM900 returns to its default settings and looses all information that is not recorded in ROM.

To perform a factory (hard) reset:

1.Restart your LG Arena KM900 phone, then dial this number: 1809#*900#. This leads to the service menu, then select 'factory reset'. The phone will then reset to the original default factory out of the box status.
Please note, once you have selected 'factory reset' in the service menu, the phone will immediately delete all data. So be sure you have a backup of any important data.
