D3Emu support retail client with 1.02.9991 version.

- Download Diablo 3 game, and update it via Diablo 3 Launcher.
- Download SqlLite: (Even if you’re on x64, use x86 library) and install it.
- Download NET Framework 4 and install it.
- Download D3Emu.
- Put the rar file in C:\ and extract it there, the you should have a folder named D3Emu.
- Go to where you have install the game then go to Data_D3\PC\MPQs
- Copy this folders “base” and “enGB” and past them in C:\D3Emu\Assets\MPQ then go back to Data_D3\PC\MPQs
- Copy this files “ClientData.mpq” and “CoreData.mpq” and past them in C:\D3Emu\Assets\MPQ
- Then go where you install the game, make shortcut for Diablo III.exe and add this extension “-launch”

NOTE: When you update client to 1.02.9991 do not update it anymore.

Tutorial to connect to server:

- Go to c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and open hosts in notepad
- Add this lines botton
127.0.0.1 eu.actual.battle.net
127.0.0.1 us.actual.battle.net
- Download PonyPatcher extract it, do not open.
- Open D3Emu then open Diablo III Shortcut with -launch extension in game press ALT+TAB and open PonyPatcher
- PonyPatch should say the game is runing and press Patch button.
- In game type “test@” and password “123456″ and you are ready to connect.

Tutorial to update your server:

- Here is simple, just download D3Emu and replace the old one.
- If some times will require new files I will write.

Console Commands:

‘!help [command] – short description of syntax and result
!commands – returns a list of all commands
!lookup [actor|monster|power|world|scene] – Searches in SNO database
!account [show|add|delete|setpassword] – Provides account managment commands
!account add – Set user-levels for players
!services [client] – List moonet services provided by the server
!rpcobject – Lists rpc-objects
!stats [system] – Renders statistics
!uptime – Renders uptime statistics
!version – Renders server version
!motd – Renders message of the day
!server – Allows you to control server and start/stop them
!debug – Ingame debug commands

Ingame Commands:

These commands can not be invoked from the console. You have to log in with a character. You have to send \r in your chat to be able to send commands.

!spawn [amount] [actorSNO] – spawns a mob
!tp – Transfers your character to another world
!town – Transfers your character back to town
!whoami – Returns information about current logged in account
!item Runestone_Unattuned_07 1 – Spawns Runestones
!item – D3Inferno StringList Data (Use NON-NLS Key item column for “item_name”)

- Download emulator and extract it on C:\

HOW TO PLAY LAN:

To play on LAN run the madcow emulator.

SERVER:

- go to Server Control TAB
- Edit Public Server IP: ie. 192.168.254.100
- Check NAT Enabled
- Launch Server Only

CLIENT:

- Go to c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and open hosts in notepad
- Add this lines server ip ie. 192.168.254.100 eu.actual.battle.net and server ip ie. 192.168.254.100 us.actual.battle.net

- Execute Bnet.Patcher.exe in bin\MadCowDebug\BnetPatcher
- Run the emulator MADCOW, go to Remote Server TAB, Change Remote Host ip to SERVER’s ip ie. 192.168.254.100
- CLICK Play on Remote Server

NOTE: Your SERVER’s ip may differ from the given example.

To add account: IN MOOEGE WINDOW

TYPE !account add username@ password(8 chars.) usernick admin

- Download the Diablo 3 from here, update it by open the launcher.
- Download Visual C# Express Edition and install it.
- Download emulator[/glow] and extract it on C:\
- Download SqlLite: (Even if you’re on x64, use x86 library)and install it.
- Download NET Framework 4 and install it.
- Go to C:\MadCow and open MadCow2011 with VisualC#

- There press F5 and wait for the software to open
- 1. At repository selection, select mooege/mooege (first link)
- .. Press Validate Repository
- 2. Press Update/Download and wait for the message [Process Complete!]
- 3. Select Diablo 3.exe from your game folder
- 4. Press Copy MPQ’s and wait for the message “Copying MPQ files completed.”
- .. Press Play Diablo (Local), select little square near mooege and press Launch Diablo 3
- Wait 1 to 5 minutes until the server is fully loaded and login with username “test@” and password “123456″
- Enjoy

NOTE: When you update client to 9991 do not update it anymore, if you update the client the server will not work anymore.

Tutorial to update your server:

- Open MadCow from your desktop if is there, sometimes will require to download new MadCow, I will tell when.
- Select http://github.com/mooege/mooege then click Validate Repository.
- Click Update/Download
- Then play as normal

NOTE: Sometime will require new MPQ files that meens you need to copy new MPQ files from client, when the server will require that I will tell.

Fix if you cannot connect to server
- Go to c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and open hosts in notepad
- Add this lines 127.0.0.1 eu.actual.battle.net and 127.0.0.1 us.actual.battle.net
- Then connect to server
